"Death to Pakistan! Death to Pakistan!" Nabil wrote in a note on his Facebook account. "Pakistan was / is the enemy of Afghanistan."

Mohammad Mehdi Hajmohammadi, the head of the Prisons Organization, wrote on Twitter in response to the leaked images of Evin Prison: "Anger in less stressful environments than in prison is not far off." He also wrote that the two agents who clashed in the films were "punished two months before the release of the films."

A French Foreign Ministry spokesman said Monday that Iran should immediately provide "full and valid technical explanations" based on questions raised by the International Atomic Energy Agency about the discovery of undeclared nuclear particles.

As the crisis in Afghanistan continues, the International Committee of the Red Cross says 18.4 million people in Afghanistan are in need of humanitarian assistance. The Red Cross says 7 million people do not have access to health care and 40 million do not have enough food.
