Ahmad Massoud, the leader of the Afghan National Resistance Front, called on the people of his country to rise up against the Taliban. "The Taliban has not changed, but has become more oppressive, more ruthless, more extremist and more violent," he said in an audio message. "Martyrdom is our honor," Mr. Massoud said, adding that the Resistance Front will continue to work until the liberation of Afghanistan.
