French Foreign Minister: The US-Australian agreement to build a submarine indicates a serious crisis

Recent satellite images show North Korea expanding its uranium enrichment plant at the Yongbyon nuclear facility, according to the Associated Press. Experts say the expansion of the enrichment plant shows that North Korea's goal is to increase production of materials needed to build nuclear weapons.
